I reached out to BBQGrills.com at the start of December to chat about getting an outdoor kitchen. After an hour on the line with the sales rep, going through all the details, we made the decision to go ahead with the order. The grill and a few doors showed up right on time. A couple of other parts came the very next day. Couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out. We're nearly finished with our whole island project, and I wouldn't trust anyone else for this. Fingers crossed, we'll be looking for a firepit to wrap up the yard soon!

This place is just awful, awful, awful. Seriously, steer clear of this site. I made a big purchase for Hestan products on 11/04, and the OWNER along with his so-called 'senior' customer service rep promised me they'd ship it out in 72 hours. I believed them, but it’s been nothing but lies and excuses since then. They don’t even have their own warehouses; they just act as a middleman for your orders. I've tried to get a clear delivery date for my items, and every time they say it’s ready to go. They take over a week to respond, and here we are on 12/19, and I still don’t have my stuff. The bottom line is they’re dishonest and will say anything to get your order. I highly recommend you choose a more trustworthy retailer for your grilling gear. I placed a partial order with another site around the same time, and guess what? I got that order in just two weeks because they actually have their own distribution. Please, learn from my experience and avoid this website.

This is the worst internet company I've ever had the bad luck to work with. I got a grill that was damaged upon arrival. When I requested a refund or a replacement, they flat out refused. They pointed fingers at UPS and Camp Chef, claiming neither would address my complaint. They're just middlemen. If you're after something they sell, just go straight to the manufacturer.

I really appreciate the follow-up. At first, the communication was a bit lacking, but then I received a call from the owner who stepped in to address the issue and clarify the reasons behind the delays. The product is still on its way, but I feel way more confident now that this is a company that values integrity and will handle any problems that come up.

Definitely a great choice! Ryan really knew his stuff about the Primo XL that I had been hunting for ages. Primo came out with a new version of their BBQ, but other local shops and online retailers either had the outdated model, had no clue there was a newer one, or were out of stock for weeks on end. Ryan had the latest version ready to go and shipped it out super fast. It took just a week from placing my order to it arriving at my doorstep. I wouldn't think twice about buying from BBQGrills.com again.

I'm really enjoying this grill. The price for the grill, cover, and tool set is just amazing. There’s a bit of a learning curve when cooking with the Saber since it doesn’t use direct flame. You gotta let the grill grates heat up to around 500 degrees before you start cooking, and then you’ll get a fantastic sear with a super juicy steak, ribs, and more. The buying process was smooth, the grill arrived ahead of schedule, and putting it together took me about 2.5 to 3 hours. This was a solid buy. My wife even said I made the best steak last night.

During my trip to Kauai, I got to try out a saber grill. I was blown away, so I decided to get one for myself when I got back! Honestly, it’s the best grill I’ve ever had. It cooks quicker and more evenly compared to other, simpler grills. Because of that, it also uses less propane. I’m really happy with both the grill and the customer service I received. Cheers, Mike

This grill is quite impressive and built to last. The gas line is a bit on the short side, which complicates swapping out the tank. You’ll find yourself needing to replace the tank often since it tends to freeze. A 40 lb tank or bigger is a must, 'cause that 20 lb one just doesn’t cut it and freezes up way too often. I was supposed to get a rotisserie with mine, but the motor never showed up.

We were on the hunt for some outdoor cabinetry for our BBQ island that was being constructed, and we wanted to avoid that 'metal' vibe. Plus, we needed them quick so the contractor could install them. BBQGrills really came through for us. We placed our order on Friday and received everything by Tuesday.
